Retired Executive Are Set B. W. Lipscomb Rites Tomorrow Mr. Boyd Funeral for services Bernard Funeral services for The Rev. Beverley M.

Boyd, 68, of Alexandria, were to be held today at 1:30 p.m. at Emanuel on the Hill Episcopal Church, dria, with burial in Arlington AlexanNational Cemetery. Mr. Boyd, rector of Grace Holy Trinity Episcopal Church here, died Wednesday. Mr.

Boyd attended Washington Lee University and the University of Virginia, and was a graduate of the Episcopal Seminary at Alexandria. He was a former executive secretary of the old Federal Council of Churches, and was rector of St. David's Episcopal Church in Uvalde, at the time of retirement in 1963. He was a lieutenant in the army air force in World War I. Surviving are his wife, Mrs.

Sarah Kemper Boyd; a son, Beverley M. Boyd Big Mrs. Alexander Foster of PittsSpring, three daughters, burgh, Mrs. Richard Lengel of Corpus Christi, and Mrs. Jack Heard of Lake Jackson, and a brother, T.

Lipscomb, 82, of 1909 Stuart retired chairman of the board of the Richmond Paper will be held tomorrow at 11 a.m, at Christian Funeral Home, with burial in Hollywood Cemetery, He died yesterday. Mr. Lipscomb was president of the company for 35 years and had been chairman of the board for six years at the time of his retirement this year. MARGARET LOUISE SIMS. 33, was injured at 9:41 last night when the station wagon in which she was riding and a Norfolk Western Railway train collided at a State Rt. 168 3 crossing. Jackson Services Are Held MADISON, Dec. 13-Graveside services for Raymond L. Jackson, 61, were to be held today in Grace Episcopal Church Cemetery Cismont. Mr. Jackson, a former secretary of the Commonwealth of Virginia, died Wednesday.

Jackson was graduated from the University of Virginia, a BS and a degree in law land' had taught in the school of law from 1928 to 1938. From 1937 to 1938 he served as a trial justice of the Albemarle County Court and 1938 to 1942 was secretary of the commonwealth. He had also been the Madison county commonwealth's attorney from 1942 to 1947. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Judy Smith of Orange City, two sisters, Mrs.

Real estate officers for the Washington region and its Richmond office met for' about one and a half hours this morning going over the list of possibilities, which has about 20 proposals for the site. The spokesman said the next step is to conduct site utilization studies for the various locations and possibly do topographic surveys. Standard Paper Pays Extra 50c The board of directors of Standard Paper Manufacturing Co. of Richmond has declared an extra dividend of 50 cents a share on the common stock. The dividend will be paid in addition to the company's regular quarterly dividend of $1.00 per share. This brings the total dividend on the common stock to $4.50 a share for the year. A quarterly dividend of 75 cents a share was also declared on the company's $50 par value convertible preferred stock.
